Fire-Resistant EPDM Rubber Hose for Data Center Liquid Cooling Systems


Applications

The LCH series fire-resistant EPDM rubber hose is specifically engineered for liquid cooling systems in data centers. With excellent flexibility and a small minimum bend radius, the hose can be easily routed and installed in confined spaces where conventional hoses may be difficult to position.
The hose features a high-purity EPDM inner tube with excellent chemical compatibility, making it suitable for common liquid cooling media such as water-glycol mixtures and fluorinated fluids. The specially formulated rubber compound provides significantly improved gas tightness compared with conventional rubber hoses, helping to minimize coolant loss and maintain reliable, safe operation of the liquid cooling system.

Key Features

1. High-purity rubber compound
The high-purity EPDM formulation helps prevent discoloration, leaching, and unwanted material release during long-term operation, helping maintain coolant cleanliness.
2. UL94 V-0 flame retardancy
The outer EPDM cover is designed to meet the UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating, providing enhanced fire safety for data center liquid cooling applications.
3. Excellent flexibility and kink resistance
The hose is designed with excellent kink resistance and a small minimum bend radius, making it well suited for installation in compact equipment layouts and confined spaces.
4. Push-to-connect fitting compatibility
The LCH series is compatible with push-to-connect fittings and can support clamp-free installation at pressures up to 150 psi, depending on the fitting configuration and application conditions.

Construction
Inner Tube:
Black, antistatic EPDM synthetic rubber with high chemical compatibility.
Reinforcement:
High-strength polyester fiber reinforcement.
Outer Cover:
Aging-resistant EPDM synthetic rubber with UL94 V-0 flame-retardant performance.
Surface:
Smooth finish. Available in black, red, and blue.
