The HAT series hoses are specially developed for industries with high airtightness requirements, such as water-cooled (liquid cooled) systems in IDC (Internet Data Center), which can effectively avoid coolant loss and ensure safe system operation.

ethylene glycol, chlorinated liquid, chlorine gas, etc

Features

High airtightness and anti permeability. The air permeability is less than 1/10 of that of conventional cooling hoses. The measured data at 80 ℃ effectively reduces coolant loss by 14 times compared to conventional cooling hoses.

Structure

Inner rubber layer: black smooth custom synthetic rubber.

Reinforcement layer: high-strength polyester fiber thread.

Outer rubber layer: anti-aging EPDM synthetic rubber. According to customer requirements, can be customized a fireproof outer adhesive layer that meets the UL94-V0 standard. (Smooth surface below 1 inch, fabric surface above 1 inch).

Working pressure: 300psi (20Bar), safety factor: 4 times.

Working temperature: -40 ℃ -100 ℃

Environmental standards: comply with the EU ROHS directive.

Technical standard: HG/T2184

Colors: black, red, blue;

Other colors can be customized.
