Fire-Resistant EPDM Rubber Hose for Data Center Liquid Cooling Systems

Application：
The LCH series hoses are specially developed for liquid‑cooling systems in data centers. Featuring excellent flexibility, they can be routed easily in confined spaces. Manufactured with high‑purity EPDM inner tube, the hose offers great chemical compatibility and is suitable for conveying common coolants including ethylene glycol and fluorinated liquids. Specially compounded rubber delivers superior gas‑tightness compared with ordinary rubber hoses, effectively preventing coolant loss and ensuring safe system operation.

Compatible Media：
Purified water, ethylene glycol, fluorinated liquid and other coolants

Features：
1. High‑purity rubber compound; no discoloration or extractables after long‑term service with conveyed media
2. UL94‑V0 fire‑retardant rating for high operational safety
3. Kink‑resistant design with minimum bend radius, ideal for installation in narrow spaces
4. Compatible with push‑in fittings; clamp‑free connection available under 150 psi working pressure

Construction：
Inner Tube: Black antistatic EPDM synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: High‑strength polyester fiber braid
Outer Cover: Anti‑aging EPDM synthetic rubber, UL94‑V0 fire‑retardant rated
Surface Finish: Smooth cover; available in black, red and blue

Working Pressure：150 psi (10 Bar), 300 psi (20 Bar); Safety Factor: 4:1
Temperature Range：‑40℃ ~ 120℃
Environmental Compliance：Compliant with EU RoHS Directive
