EPDM Food Suction and Delivery Hose
Applications:
Suction and delivery of liquid foodstuffs such as fruit juice, drinks, wine, potable
water and alcohol up to 96%. Also for liquid foodstuff tankers. Contains no
phthalate. When the medium is steam, in order to avoid bursting, special needling should be done on the outer layer of the hose. Please contact us for more details.
Construction:
Tube: White EPDM, heat resistant, smooth
Reinforcement: Synthetic textile with embedded steel helix.
Cover: Blue EPDM, weather resistant, fabric impression.
Temperature range: - 40℃～+ 120℃
Standard/Approval: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, GB 4806.11-2016.
Note: the working pressure data is measured at
natural temperature. Please consult our company for the working pressure of
steam over 100 ℃.
